Our Will Writing Service: Straightforward, Supportive, and Secure

Why Does It Matter?

Writing a Will isn’t just a legal formality. It’s one of the most meaningful ways to care for those you leave behind. What you leave behind for your loved ones is the final gift, the last expression of your love, values, and intentions. That’s why it’s so important not just to have any Will, but to get the right Will for you and your family.

A properly drafted Will ensures your wishes are clearly understood, avoids unnecessary stress or confusion for your family, and gives you the confidence that everything is taken care of – exactly as you intend.

At [Company Name], we believe creating a Will shouldn’t be stressful or confusing. Our service is designed to be as simple and transparent as possible, giving you peace of mind and ensuring your wishes are clearly documented. Whether your situation is straightforward or more complex, we’re here to guide you through every step with care and clarity.

Transparent Pricing

Our standard Wills are offered at a fixed fee of £160.00.
For more complex Wills, we provide a tailored quote following your initial consultation.
We only proceed once you’re completely comfortable with the process and price. No hidden fees, no surprises.

How We Can Help You

Will Writing

Step-by-Step: How It Works

1. Book Your Free Assessment Call

The first step is to schedule a short assessment call with one of our team. This allows us to get an overview of your needs and determine whether a standard Will is suitable for you. If your circumstances are more complex, for example; involving trusts, business interests, or overseas assets, we will provide a personalised quote for your approval before proceeding.

2. Confirm & Agree

If a standard Will is appropriate, we’ll send you a simple client agreement for review and signature. Payment is taken at this stage to confirm your booking and lock in the process.

3. Will Information Meeting

Once your agreement is complete, we’ll arrange a dedicated meeting with you to complete our Will Information Form. This session is thorough but supportive. We’ll go through all necessary details, including your assets, beneficiaries, and any specific wishes or requests you may have.

4. Drafting Your Will

Based on the information gathered, we prepare a professionally drafted Will tailored to your exact instructions. You’ll have the opportunity to review the draft to ensure it reflects your wishes accurately and make any amends or changes necessary.

5. Signing & Storage

Once approved, we’ll arrange a final meeting to oversee the official signing of your Will in accordance with legal requirements. We’ll also securely retain a copy of your executed Will on file, giving you extra reassurance that it’s safe and accessible if ever needed.

Why Choose Us?

1) Experienced, friendly professionals guiding you every step of the way
2) Clear and fair pricing, with no pressure or hidden costs (this happens so often and we don’t believe in it!)
3) Secure storage of your completed Will for added peace of mind
4) Tailored service — no one-size-fits-all templates here

Planning ahead is one of the most caring things you can do for your loved ones. Let us make it easy for you with professionalism, warmth, and total clarity from start to finish.
